As journal manager and part of Edukimia's management team, I am also responsible for behind the scene in management department, hence as time goes by, there are various files that I have created and used till now, in managing this journal. For example showed here is authors and reviewers recapitulation in Google Sheets which aimed as a database for every submission ID, so it will be as organised as possible. The other one is sample of invoices and receipts used in the publication fee process in Edukimia.

For this works, I used:
  • Software: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Word.
  • Hardware: My old-broken samsung notebook and my Lenovo notebook.
  • Services: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides, Gmail, Google Drive, Document Studio add-on.
