The 2nd ICChSE 2021 (Docs or Sheets or Invoices or Receipts or Forms or Mails or Files)

These works belong to Docs and Publications category.

The spreadsheet is the first one that I handed early to the committee. Based on the drive history, it was recorded on: Tuesday, 25 May 2021.

All document files (or administration files, more correct probably?) whether it is Docs or Sheets or Invoices or Receipts or Forms or Mails used in these projects has been updated as time goes by, to comply with committees' needs. What I have showed here is only some samples of various documents or files that I have developed for the teams. Every documents created also correlated with each other, and some outputs shown to the public through The 2nd ICChSE 2021 Official Website Participants page also comes from these documents too. For example, aside from Twitter streams, all data shown in this The 2nd ICChSE 2021 OFficial Website Participants page, are embedded directly from the Google Sheets file.

For these works, I used:
  • Software: Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, OneNote), Google Chrome, Sublime Text, ShareX, XAMPP, FileZilla, and PHPMyAdmin.
  • Hardware: My own Lenovo notebook.
  • Services: Google Workspace Suite (Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Gmail, Google Drive, Apps Script, Analytics), Twitter, and ProcessWire.
  • Resources: ICChSE logo was designed by me but also credited to ICChSE, various web pages or articles to help me understand scripts better due to no add-on bought for this year conference (compared to last year), and various illustration available freely through icons8.

You can read more details about the story behind these works later when I have updated this post in my projects website.
